Gabby Gooding is a strategic leader with experience both advising clients directly and coaching financial advisors across Canada. With a decade of experience in the industry, she has helped clients build meaningful financial plans and supported advisors in elevating their practices through professional development, strategic planning, and bias-challenging conversations.
Known for asking highly impactful questions and advocating for holistic wellbeing, Gabby helps advisors strengthen their decision-making and deliver higher-impact advice. She holds Master’s degrees from Harvard (Strategic Management) and Queen’s (Finance) and has led award-winning strategic initiatives recognized for innovation and advisor enablement.
Brandon Photavath
Brandon Photavath translates industry research and field insights into practical tools and resources that help advisor teams strengthen their practices and drive sustainable growth. As part of the Practice Management team, he contributes to insight-driven content, programs, and enablement that connect emerging trends and thought leadership with real-world advisor execution.
Brandon joined the team full-time after a year as a co-op student, where his process-driven mindset, innovative approach, and technical capabilities helped enhance how advisor resources are developed and delivered. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Toronto Metropolitan University, majoring in Marketing Management.
Nicole Osode
Nicole Osode is an Associate within CI Global Asset Management’s Practice Management team, where she supports the development and delivery of initiatives designed to help financial advisors strengthen and grow their practices.
Known for her positive, engaging approach and strong focus on relationship building, Nicole collaborates closely with Practice Management, Sales, and CI’s Tax, Retirement & Estate Planning (TREP) teams to ensure the seamless delivery of advisor education programs, workshops, and presentations. Her role bridges key value-added services across the organization, ensuring advisors have access to resources that enhance both their business strategies and client experience.
