The Forge First Asset Management Inc. Team
Keenan Murray, CFA
Keenan is principally responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management of the funds and has ultimate oversight of the investment decisions in the funds. He began his professional financial services career as an investment analyst at a Canadian asset manager where he focused on equity research and financial modelling. He has held a variety of progressively senior roles, advancing his specialty in long short and multi strategy portfolio management.
In 2019, he was named the Portfolio Manager of the Conservative Alternative Fund where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge in portfolio construction, asset allocation, idea generation, and risk management, resulting in consistently low downside capture and remarkable asset growth since inception. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
